For better operation efficiency and longer service life of the treatment systems, APTwater supplies scheduled preventive maintenance services during the contracted timeframe for our HiPOx, PulseOx and ARoNite systems located at our clients’ sites. The cost of these visits will be billed on a Time and Materials Basis.

For HiPOx system, APT’s standard scope of preventive maintenance services to be performed during visits includes but not limit to the follows:

Preventive Maintenance Activity

Reagent level or inventory inspection
Leaks or unusual noises inspection.
Oxygen Dewar and nitrogen cylinder levels inspection.
Motor bearings maintenance

Oxygen/Ozone System
O3 distribution rotometers.
Injectors and solenoid valves.
Ozone Generator
Valves
Ambient ozone analyzers

Cooling System
Coolant filter
Condenser heat exchanger coils.
Replace coolant.
Chiller refrigeration system

Gas Vent System
Ozone destruct heater operation.
Seal leg supply rotometer.
Vent valves and lines.

Hydrogen Peroxide System
Peroxide tank.
Peroxide flow meter(s).
Peroxide metering pump check valves
Peroxide in-line filter.

Electrical System

Process
Check effluent for ozone and peroxide concentrations.
Inlet bag filters inspection.
Mixers inspection.


For PulseOx system, APTwater provides periodic preventive maintenance on a time-and-materials basis in accordance with APTwater’s standard Labor Rates and Reimbursables Schedule when requested via purchase order by the Customer. Service Maintenance Agreements are available at an additional cost.

APT’s standard scope of preventive maintenance services to be performed during visits includes but not limit to the follows:

Preventive Maintenance Activity

  • Record current system operating data on log sheet
  • Check/record valve injection sequence timing
  • Check distribution tubing/fittings for leaks
  • Check hydrogen peroxide lines for leaks and gassing
  • Check/fill hydrogen peroxide tank level
  • Check chemical pump operation
  • Check air compressor lines/fittings for leaks
  • Check air pressure and flow
  • Check/replace trailer ventilation intake filter
  • Clean dust/debris from cabinet, fans, and air compressor housing
  • Inspect all electrical components and tighten wiring as needed
  • Adjust process pressures and flow rates as needed
  • Perform rebuild kit on oxygen compressor
  • Replace PSA compressor diaphragm
  • Perform minor service kit, piston rings, springs, etc on air compressor
  • Valve assembly service kit for air compressor
  • Replace ozone sensor
  • Check all pressure switches, flow switch, and  pressure relief valves
  • Major replacement kit on air compressor, piston and rod assembly
